Cancelation Policy

We value you and your healing journey. Please note, all services are nonrefundable. Appointment cancellation requests for all services made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled one time. Any cancellations following the first rescheduled appointment or within 24 hours of the appointment will lead to a forfeit of fees. Why is this our policy? Your journey is important to us and we want to ensure our practitioners are fully prepared and ready to serve you. When you set an appointment time with us, our practitioners take time to prepare as do you. Since we value everyone's time we encourage you to hold space for your appointment times.
